Kim Graham

Kim Graham was born in CT, attended college at JU and after two decades of living all around the country was finally able to move back to the area in 2007. After years servicing the real estate business as a mortgage broker, she decided to get her real estate license in 2010.

After receiving her real estate broker's license in 2013, she opened up Beckwith and Co., named after her late father's commercial real estate business in CT. Married with two grown children she and her family love to keep active with tennis, golf, kickball - just about anything that involves movement and preferably, being outdoors.

Melissa Jeremiah

Melissa Jeremiah was born and raised here in Atlantic Beach. While living in South Florida for a few years she obtained her real estate license in 1998. Melissa is very familiar with the beaches real estate market having spent almost her entire life here. She's married with four boys and spends her free time playing tennis, surfing and attending her boys' sporting events.

Desa Buckley

Desa Buckley was born in Mayfield, Kentucky, and had her first job in real estate after college working for a large homebuilder in Lexington. From there she moved to Nashville, Tennessee, where she enjoyed a career in Private Banking and as an appraisal apprentice.

Desa moved to Ponte Vedra Beach with her husband in 1995, and after raising their three children, decided to get back into real estate in 2015. She knows the Beaches neighborhoods and loves living in sunny Florida. She spends her free time playing tennis, golf and traveling.

Theresa Richter

Theresa Richter was born and raised in Jacksonville, FL and graduated from Florida State University. She has lived at the beach since 1992 with her husband and three children. Prior to her career in real estate, she enjoyed working in the retirement planning industry and afterwards in pharmaceutical sales.

Theresa enjoys snow skiing with her family, playing tennis, and volunteering in the community and at her church.
